This knife with a handle made of leather is perfect for cutting soft fruits and spreading jam. The metal part can be retracted into the leather handle by rotating it, and can be attached to a hook to carry it with you when you go out. Please note that this product cannot be carried in the cabin of an airplane when traveling. HIKER is a new product brand project created by a group of leather craftsmen and a creative team in Soka, Saitama Prefecture.
