Regarding business during the year-end and New Year holidays, we will be operating as follows.

Year-end and New Year holidays: December 29, 2023 (Friday) - January 4, 2024 (Thursday)

Customer service: Until 17:00 on Thursday, December 28th

Regarding delivery

Items ordered after 9:00 on December 28th (Thursday) will be shipped sequentially from January 5th (Friday).

When shipping, a "shipment notification" email will be sent to the email address you registered at the time of purchase.
